All received shipments need to be opened and visually inspected with 7 days. Any concerns after 7 days of delivery will not be the responsibility of IronMask Airflow Innovations, LLC.
Shipping
To send your product for custom work, you should mail your product to: Ironmask Airflow Innovations, LLC. 14590 Hwy 395 Roanoke, LA 70581.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds can only be issued before we commence custom work on the product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for us to receive your parts for custom work may vary. We cannot guarantee when it will arrive to us. This is the same on when we return your custom modified item to you.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item or that your item received will be undamaged. It is customer responsibility to pay for shipping, shipping insurance, and to package the items well. These parts and items are prone to damage during transit and that is out of our control.
When returning your item back to you after custom work, we will repackage the part in the container that was provided (if suitable). We will offer you shipping insurance and it is up to the customer on whether they choose to purchase it or not. we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance due to the weight of the parts being sent.
We are not responsible for items damaged in transit while in the hands of the shipping company being used. We will not refund uninsured damaged products. We STRONGLY recommend insuring your parts during transit.
International Customers: You will be charged a flat rate during the initial order. Once the parts and/or items are ready for shipment, you will receive an invoice for the shipping charges. The shipping price you were charged when placing the order will be deducted from this invoice.
